Psycho

After the darkness comes the light.
I don’t mean to talk in extremes, but I only see in black and white.
We hide what needs to be brought to the surface,
Yet the truth is every human has a dark side to their psyche.
No one wants to play around with that side,
but I embrace it because it gives me life.
I don’t mean to give you a lesson on the study of our mind,
However, I would say Carl Jung is right.
At times you’ll come to war with your shadow, I call mine the dark knight.
Him and I have a close relationship, but I have better interactions with him during the night.
When I’m sitting up, diving deep into my mind.
Trying to find the part of me that always chooses to hide. -VB
